• _createNew(widget, configuration?): TableOfContentsModel<IEditorHeading, IDocumentWidget<FileEditor, DocumentRegistry.IModel>>

• Abstract table of contents model instantiation to allow override by real implementation to customize it. The public createNew contains the signal connections standards for IDocumentWidget when the model has been instantiated.
